Please note that all of my works are protected by US copyright laws; failing to abide is a civil offenseAs a customer, it is your responsibility to read and comply with my TOS. By purchasing adopts or by commissioning, you are hereby agreeing to ALL of the following terms. Upon violation, all consequences are entirely your responsibility.Thank you ♡

Commission Prices

General Terms

Payment

• All commissions must be paid in full upfront before the start of the commission• Payments are made through Paypal in USD
all payments under $50 must be made through "friends and family" and all payments over $50 must be made through an invoice

Refunds

Refunds will not be provided after the commission has been lined. You may request one anytime before that. Filing for a chargeback without my knowledge is a blacklistable offence.

Turnaround

The average turnaround time ranges from 3-4 weeks, depending on circumstances. Rush fees are available, please contact me to discuss* Please note that I am a full-time student; I appreciate your patience and understanding above all

Commissions

Reference

Please provide a clear digital picture or reference of what you'd like to be drawn. I will not work off of descriptions or heavily watermarked/incomplete photos

Edits

Before coloring, I will send you a sketch so you can request major or minor changes. I can also make small changes to the pieces as I work on them. Drastic changes will not be made once coloring begins unless I drew something wrong.

WIPs

I am happy to send wips whenever requested, however please keep in mind I may not have a new update every day.

Crediting

Proper credit MUST be given with a direct link to any of my socials. It is copyright infringement to claim the work as your own

Adopts

Ghosting

Do not bid and then back out without notifying me. If you ghost me or make it hard to keep in contact with you in any way, you will be blacklisted.

Reselling

You may not resell designs for higher than the purchase price, unless extra art has been bought for it.

Holds

I allow short payment holds. Please feel free to discuss with me!

Editing

You may edit my deigns, however please include the original file if traded/sold

Blacklisting

If you are caught reselling/trading adopts to someone who has been blacklisted, you will also be blacklisted.
